Our Work
Restorative Leadership in Action: Healing, Belonging & Systemic Change

At Worth Justice, we support communities, schools, and organizations through trauma-informed, restorative justice programs designed to cultivate healing, leadership, and transformation.

We advance belonging and justice by:

  • Leading community-centered dialogue circles

  • Facilitating healing-centered training in schools and nonprofits

  • Supporting cultural and educational systems change

  • Developing leadership through trauma-responsive, liberatory practices

Whether we're engaging families, training educators, or collaborating with civic leaders, our work centers the humanity, dignity, and wisdom of the communities we serve.

Our Mission

Worth Justice provides restorative leadership training and healing-centered education for schools, families, and communities impacted by structural harm.

We serve as Waymakers—guides who foster joy, leadership, and cultural well-being.

Our mission is to cultivate belonging, transform trauma, and resolve conflict through restorative justice education.

We center humanity. We affirm worth. We change lives so everyone can see a place for themselves in the world.
