Examine the narratives, assumptions, identities, experiences, and inherited beliefs that have shaped how you understand yourself, others, leadership, and the world around you.
TALKING BACK
Develop the courage and capacity to interrogate what you have inherited, challenge narratives that diminish humanity, and choose how you will lead, relate, and act differently.
