Worthshop inc., supports the communication process as that is how understanding develops. When either are emotional the communication becomes charged and turns into a monologue. Before addressing an issue take pause, remember the person you are speaking to is someone you value and care about their feelings.


When the finger pointing turns into handholding a new dynamic arises ~ listening, feeling and caring. Speak truth in love and listen to understand.
